• From our home page, you will be able to Browse through the product categories. Or, search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left side of the site.
• Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s).
• To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on the product title or photo. Label information is displayed on each product details page. If the label information is not available online, you can request the label information for that product from customer service using our feedback form.
• Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you want to purchase in the drop down box and click on the BuyNow button next to that product. This will add the product to your Shopping Cart where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update button. You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.

At this point you can:

• Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart.
• Update Cart to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
• Begin Check Out to complete your order.
• Once you are ready to complete your order, you will need to provide us with your billing and shipping information. If you have already created an account with us, you can sign-in any time during your shopping session, including during check-out, and your billing and shipping information will automatically appear during check-out. HOWEVER, your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered. This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to check-out unregistered.
• After entering your billing and shipping information, click the "continue checkout" button. This will take you to the "order review" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and modify any of it if necessary. Here, you will also be able to enter any coupons you may have. Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
• Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, you will need to select your payment method and press Continue.
• If you select credit card, enter your credit card information, if you chose any other payment option that option will be displayed instead of the credit card capture details. Click Submit Order. If you selected Fax or Phone order, a customer service representative will contact you shortly to obtain your credit card information and continue processing your order.
• Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
• Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost charged to your card.

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Register/Sign In" on the top nav. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to check-out unregistered.

If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the Register/Sign In screen and choose "forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Domestic Shipments
Reach for Life will ship orders of $80 or more free of charge by FedEx ground within the continental United States. All orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate of $10. Orders shipped out of the continental United States will have actual shipping cost added to the invoice.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., then will be shipped within 24 hrs.  Orders shipped from our warehouse to any of the 48 mainland states can be delivered in 5-7 days from date of order. Residents in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, please call for shipping rates and delivery options. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Please supply a street address for FedEx delivery. Items ordered together are sometimes shipped separately. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Credit card orders are charged only as each item is shipped. Reach for Life is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders by mail.
